When and where will ContentTECH Summit 2022 now take place?

ContentTECH Summit will take place May 31 – June 2, 2022 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, 333 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101 USA.

What health and safety measures will be in place at the event?

When you join our event, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority and a range of measures are in place as detailed in our health and safety page to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive, and high-quality organized event experience.

What if I’m not comfortable traveling to the in-person event?

We’ll be recording all of the sessions and making them available on demand after the event. On-demand passes are $899 and can be purchased through the registration page.

Is there a group discount?

We offer discounts for groups of 4, or more – the more people you bring, the bigger your discount! Please note only one discount code is valid per registrant.  For groups of 4 – 9 please register all attendees at the same time via our online registration platform. Once you add the fourth person to your group a 10% discount will automatically be taken off your total.

We also offer a limited number of discounts to approved non-profit organizations, minority-owned businesses, and those currently attending or employed by an academic institution.

When I pay by credit card, what company name will show up on my statement?

The company name on your statement will read ContentTECH Summit.

What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below.

  • If you cancel on or before May 9, 2022, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 10% processing fee. In lieu of cancellation you may send someone else in your place. To request a refund, an email MUST be sent to [email protected] by May 9, 2022, 11:59pm EST.
  • If you cancel after May 9, 2022, you will not be eligible for a refund but still may send someone else in your place.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be made for pass downgrades or carbon offsets.
  • Refunds cannot be issued on-site.
  • Refunds are not available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place.

Please note that the conference program is subject to change, including programming cancellations and scheduling. Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.

How can I transfer my pass to someone else?

You may transfer your pass to someone else at any time. Please email [email protected] for transfer information.

Will I receive event updates?

Yes, Content Marketing Institute will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings, and logistics. Please make sure that the email address [email protected] is in your safe senders list to ensure you are receiving all important event information.

What is the difference between ContentTECH Summit and Content Marketing World?

Depending on your role, both events might be a great fit for you! That said, there are a few key differences between the two events.
